Annapurna Trek - Pt. III

It was sad to descend from the Thorung-La Pass. Soon we were in villages with road access, motorbikes, jeeps and Hindu temples. The scenery is still stunning but the magic on this side of the Annapurnas is diminishing, unless you hike north again, up the heavily restricted Mustang Valley. Five nights later, we were on a hell bus ride to beautiful Pokhara.
